Herbert Hoover

Herbert Hoover was an American engineer, businessman, and politician who served as the 31st President of the United States from 1929 to 1933. Before his presidency, he gained prominence as a mining engineer and wrote extensively on the subject, notably in his work "Principles of Mining: Valuation, Organization and Administration."
