Boy Scouts at Crater Lake / A Story of Crater Lake National Park and the High Cascades

A troop of Boy Scouts travels west into the Cascade high country and Crater Lake, learning mountaineering, skiing, packing and camping skills through a sequence of realistic episodes. The boys cross long distances, face snowbound roads, scale rims and peaks, descend to the lake, and confront storms, a bear hunt, a forest fire, and a hazardous ascent of Mount Jefferson.
