DOODLES
A series of episodic tales follows a cheerful, chronically ill boy called Doodles and his devoted brother as they find joy in music, small kindnesses, and neighborhood friendships. Episodes range from acquiring a battered pet bird to humorous and sometimes dramatic incidents—robbery, hospital stays, matchmaking efforts, and a young man's discovery of a remarkable singing voice—each showing how melody, courage and community sustain the characters through hardship. Recurring motifs include the healing power of music, loyalty among children and neighbors, and gentle humor that balances moments of anxiety with warmth and resilience.
