PIMENTOS WITH OKRA

Split the pimentos with a sharp knife, salt the inner part, then roll each around a pod of freshly boiled or canned okra. Add more butter during the last five minutes, baste the rolls, and serve with the butter poured over them, or with tomato sauce.
