The Good Ship Rover

A children's story centers on a carefully crafted model ship kept in a nursery and two close friends, about eight years old, who examine it endlessly and imagine sea adventures. Their anxious mother, wary of damp and childhood ailments, opposes risky outings yet promises a safe seaside holiday at Kingshaven.
