About This Book

The work sets forward an esoteric account of human origins and cosmic evolution, presenting archaic stanzas followed by extensive commentaries that reinterpret myths and scriptures through a theosophical framework. It argues for a layered anthropogenesis involving seven primordial human groups and the precedence of astral models before physical bodies, and contrasts these propositions with contemporary science and literal religious readings. Drawing on Hindu, Egyptian, Chaldean and other ancient sources, it analyzes symbols such as serpents, giants and submerged continents, traces cycles of racial rise and decline, and offers allegorical readings of cosmology, ethics and spiritual regeneration.
