• Footnote 18, Chapter 3. 'See nn. 6 and 7, p. 4.' Corrected to See nn. 6 and 7, p. 33.

• Footnote 20, Chapter 3. 'Supra, p. 4.' Corrected to Supra, p. 33.

• Index entry 'Economic institutions'. There is no index entry for 'Farming', however the main references to farming can found in Chapter Four.
