The transliteration list provided by the author at the beginning of the text follows the Arabic alphabetical order. The ayn (‛) and hamza (’) would appear at the bottom of the second and fourth columns, as printed, where there are apparent gaps.

On p. 240, a wide landscape-oriented table has been divided into two parallel tables.
