About This Book
The story follows Betsy Bobbin and a hungry tiger as they leave their home and become entangled in the affairs of a temperamental neighboring realm ruled by a capricious Pasha. They encounter enchanted objects and peculiar inhabitants, including a vegetable man and a flying adventurer, and undertake escapes and rescues while seeking a set of stolen Rash rubies. A sequence of magical trials, giant encounters, and clever strategies leads to the rightful ruler's restoration and the travelers' safe return to the Emerald City.
