Andy at Yale / Or, The Great Quadrangle Mystery

A college-bound young athlete confronts an old local rivalry upon entering Yale, forming close friendships with fellow students who share campus life, athletics, and mischief. The plot follows a string of odd disappearances, thefts, a missing watch, and an accusation that threatens reputation and team standing; investigations, a staged trap, and physical contests on gridiron and diamond gradually expose the culprit. Personal conflicts and reconciliations play out amid bonfires, picture shows, and classroom pressures, and the protagonist's resolve, aided by allies, leads to capture of the wrongdoer and vindication, culminating in athletic victory and restored honor.
