The Bushranger's Secret

The narrative follows a young, restless man on a remote grazing station who becomes entangled with an escaped bushranger and a dangerous hunt for buried treasure. Action moves between isolated homesteads, hidden gullies and open bushland as alliances are tested, a ruthless antagonist threatens the group, and desperate journeys leave some characters lost and facing near-death. The plot traces discovery of the hoard, betrayals and narrow escapes, and the gradual unravelling of the outlaw's concealed past. Episodes of peril and pursuit are framed by themes of loyalty, courage and the harsh realities of survival in the bush.
