Spoilers of the Spaceways

After an alien power appears and quickly subjugates Earth, human resistance resorts to a radical plan: a volunteer undergoes surgical alteration and a Ceregraph mind-transfer to assume the identity and knowledge of an occupier. Reborn as a high-ranking officer in the alien hierarchy, he infiltrates the regime, navigates military intrigue and cultural differences, and attempts covert sabotage while struggling with the psychological effects of bodily and mental transformation. The narrative blends brisk space-opera action with explorations of identity, assimilation, and the moral costs of clandestine warfare, shifting between personal recovery, undercover operations, and interplanetary politics.
