About This Book

This volume offers a systematic survey of molluscs and brachiopods, combining modern classifications with detailed accounts of anatomy, physiology, reproduction, development, and shell structure. It treats behaviour, habitats, enemies, mimicry, parasitism, and economic uses including cultivation and food.
