A lively children's adventure follows a group of siblings and their pets as they board a houseboat and spend a summer exploring creeks and rivers. Episodes range from everyday mischief—lost straps, a boy's attempt to hitch a dog to a wagon, and missing sandwiches—to more perilous incidents, including overboard emergencies, a storm, and encounters with a runaway and a stowaway.
