Tonight the Stars Revolt!

The story follows Red Angus, a space pirate and disgraced noble on a planet ruled by a tyrannical Diktor, who becomes entangled with a secretive scientific priesthood plotting rebellion. Coerced into impersonation and an assassination scheme, he navigates shadowed alleys, underground laboratories, and the eerie Black Pools while aided by conspirators including a dancer and a giant ally. Political intrigue, staged diversion, and discoveries of ancient, perilous knowledge propel a fast, action-driven sequence of betrayals, escapes, and moral choices as competing factions struggle for power and the protagonist weighs personal survival against larger resistance.
